Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The product is defective.
• The product does not match its description.
• The product is returned in its original packaging.
• Order cancellation occurs within 24 hours of purchase.
• Complaints arise within the prescribed time period of 30 days

For orders cancelled or modified after 24 hours (1 day), or if you wish to change your order post-purchase, please note the following:

• If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you must return the item to us at your expense. Once we receive the item within 30 days, your refund will be processed.
